Garnet develop high-quality English language teaching materials and needed our help to manage prospective customers. They asked us to develop a database to track of contacts and the organisations they belong to. They also wanted to keep track of events such as exhibitions and which samples had been sent to whom. Bulk emailing and mailshots on paper to targeted contacts are another important feature.
Oxford University Press
OUP publishes a large number of dictionaries and reference works, covering many languages and subjects. They needed help to track electronic rights.
