Here are some examples of desktop software applications we have written. Broadly speaking these projects were either to help with process improvement or with better managing relationships with customers.

The Big Banana is a project management system for that we built for One Ltd, a design and communication agency based in Summertown, to help them manage their design projects.

This is an Oxfordshire charity that supports people with mental health problems. They needed an outcomes monitoring system to provide reporting to funders on their success.

Oxford Sailing Club

The Club is based at Farmoor Reservoir just west of Oxford. They asked us to rewrite their membership system to reflect recent changes.

3Form Design

3Form Design asked us to design a system for tracking the projects that they do through from quotation to completion of work. We had to ensure that certain features were only available to certain groups of people, e.g., sales initiated the project, the designer did the work and the project could only be signed off by a manager.

Garnet Education

Garnet develop high-quality English language teaching materials and needed our help to manage prospective customers. They asked us to develop a database to track of contacts and the organisations they belong to. They also wanted to keep track of events such as exhibitions and which samples had been sent to whom. Bulk emailing and mailshots on paper to targeted contacts are another important feature.
