Alberon Online Booking / Event co-ordination System

Do you spend too much time sending letters or emails backwards and forwards? Would you like a system that allows you to put information on a web site for others to view it, modify it, comment on it, and approve it? Would you like to be able to see the status of all your bookings at a glance?

One of Alberon's most flexible products is the Online Booking System. Different events have different requirements. A harpist at a christening has very simple requirements compared to those of a large conference, but the Online Booking System can be used for both.

Our system allows you to define which fields are needed within the booking system and design the forms. You then upload the data to the web site where it can be viewed and commented on by those involved. If necessary you can ask one or both parties to confirm that they are happy with the booking information by changing traffic lights from red to green. You can allow one or both parties to make changes, which usually mean the other party has to confirm their agreement again. Reminders can be sent automatically when an event date is drawing near and details are still to be agreed. The system guarantees commitment by both parties and greatly reduces the event organiser's workload.

The Online Booking System can be used in a wide range of situations.
