As a Help desk Technician, I am the first point of contact for all Alberon support customers. I am responsible for providing technical support for websites and software applications, and solving any issues in a timely manner. I enjoy building strong working relationships with all Alberon customers in order to understand and improve their business needs.
I have over 5 years’ experience in IT support roles within various different companies and enjoy customer contact.
Outside of work I can usually be found hanging up-side-down from an aerial hoop! I enjoy circus related sports such as aerial hoop, silks, and I hope to eventually try the trapeze!
