I have been working in customer services for over 10 years. I really enjoy helping people solve their challenges and the difference this can make. I also have a keen interest in technology, with a degree in Sound Technology & Digital Music. As the Web Help Desk Manager at Alberon, I get to both help people and use my technical skills, ensuring our customers get the most out of their web or software solution.

Outside of work I can usually be found making abstract (and often loud) ambient music, safely locked in my spare bedroom, investing far too much time in console games, or neck deep in Javascript – for fun!
