New Strategic Partnership With Target Integration

Alberon is excited to announce a New Strategic Partnership With Target Integration Ltd (TI). Even though we have been collaborating for the past few months, today marks the first official day of our partnership with TI, a global company specialising in helping businesses automate their processes through digital transformation.

What do TI offer?

TI offers off-the-shelf Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, providing deployment, integration, training and support services. They are partners of some major application providers such as SAP, Zoho, Odoo, ZenDesk, and Microsoft, to name a few.

How does the partnership benefit customers?

Alberon Managing Director Tim Ault says, “By joining forces with TI, we will be able to offer our customers more choice. There are many advantages to bespoke software, and there are many advantages to using off-the-shelf software. For many businesses, the best solution is a combination of both. This partnership allows us to offer our customers a bigger choice of solutions to suit their needs”.

TI has a larger team of developers that we can draw on to deliver projects and provide on-going support services to our customers. Tim says, “TI’s highly experienced team of developers and consultants will enable us to deliver customer projects and respond to support queries more quickly and efficiently”.

We’re still your local software developer!

Even though we will now benefit from the support and backing of a larger company, the Alberon offices will remain in Oxford and we will retain our local and personal approach. “At Alberon, we pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to understand their business and objectives”, Tim says. “This will not change with this partnership. We will be stronger as a business and able to offer additional choice and support that our customers need to grow their businesses”.
